EXPerts
pCC provides a specialist team of experts, working within the UCPM and in the Red Cross/Red Crescent movement, the UN system, and the NGO and Humanitarian Aid sector.
Some experts work in professional business contingency management, others are UN CIMCoord trained, others are project and programme management experts. Our experts have longstanding experience in training intervention teams, setting up and conducting training and all types of exercises, from small table-top to multinational field exercises with some hundred participants in a multicultural or complex environment.
pCC will support the Civil Protection professionals of the various consortia by contributing to the project development, and media coverage, supporting the exercise logistics, and purchases and supervising the subcontractors.

Mag. Eva Kröpfl
Studied Law and is a legal officer since 2005 in the Government of Styria, Department of Civil Protection and a trained EU CP expert.
She was head of Covid-19 logistics staff of the state of Styria and has international experience in planning and implementation from table-top exercises, webinars, and lectures and works as a crisis staff training expert.
Michael Kollroser
Experienced paramedic, working in a hospital emergency medical services dispatch centre. Due to his work experience the perfect match to lead the venue, participants and exercise management team.
Dr. Alexander Stolar, MSc
A court-certified expert for radiation protection and a consultant to Seibersdorf Labor GmbH. He has a doctorate in process engineering.
In addition to radiation protection, his focus is on process safety, risk assessment and solving special problems at the intersection of radiation protection, chemistry and fire protection. In addition to his work as a safety specialist, he is also a fire protection expert, in Upper Austria.
Ing. Daniel Bointner
Offers media services at a professional level from a single source, which makes it possible to work extremely flexible and cater to special requests.
As a photographer, his task is to deliver fresh image ideas and concepts.
Often based on costumers ideas, often completely new. He doesn’t work for customers, but WITH customers.
DI (FH) DI Clemens Gull
More than 30 years of experience in the ICTT industry, web development and scrum management and software development. Currently working as fiscalisation expert but also an author, lecturer, and software lead developer.

Coordinator at the University of Applied Sciences, (Economics, Management and Finance) BFI Vienna.
With many years of experience in designing and organising exercises and managing international missions, she is one of our backbones, if it comes to project design, administration and back office management.
Dr. Brigitta Sáfár, PhD
Head of Disaster Management Department of Hungarian Red Cross,
Headquarters. She is a psychologist and a trained IFRC and EU Civil Protection Mechanism expert.
With many years of experience participating in several EU-funded projects.
Dr. Tamás Tímár
Works ain the Hungarian Civil Protection Service as a Firefighter spezialised in Enviromental and Fire Safety engineering, Disaster Management Operational Service, in the Békés County Disaster Management Directorate.
