The new project, where our company is again involved has been started with the Kick-off meeting in Brussels, December 2023
After several months of preperations, the stakeholder’s meeting took place in Bucharest from the 18th to the 19th of March in Bucharest, at the headquarters of the lead organisation, DSU, the Department of Emergency Situations of Romania. All project partners and representatives of DG ECHO were present. For the first time, the whole publiComm team participated in the meeting.
We had two days of challenging but successful discussions which included different factors, also regarding the dates for the follow-up design meetings. On the second day of our meeting, the venue managers presented the exercise venues and requirements, Ireland (Wicklow County) and Canary Islands (Tenerife).
The next meeting will take place in Rome from the 2nd-3rd of May to work in depth with the venue managers.
