publiComm, had a very work-intensive, but successful year in close collaboration with our partners and colleagues, managing severeal multinational projects. On one hand, publicomm GmbH – was a member of the IDMEX consortium, conducting two tenders for DG ECHO.
Both projects were new developments in Civil Protection, Lot 2 brought two PIX (plug in exercises) for EU modules and EUCPT in the Dutch Caribbean in September 2019. publiComm was responsible for the project support, the layout of the handbooks for project PIX, the project visibility and dissemination and the publishing of the PIX pocket guide.
Lot 3 was the creation and conducting of three TTX (table top exercises) for HNS (Host Nation Support) after disasters. Here, publiComm was responsible for the planning and background organisation: Project and TTX handbooks, TTX schedules, scenario development and all injects and the publishing of the HNS field guide.
